2.1 Legal Services

Avantris provides professional legal support for corporate clients, including document review, regulatory compliance guidance, and representation.

2.2 Information Products

Our information products consist of digital legal templates, guides, and webinars designed to support enterprise needs.

2.3 Goods

We offer printed materials and branded merchandise related to our legal services.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods will be specified in the invoice. Services will not commence until payment is received.

4. Refund Policy

Avantris is committed to fair practices. Our refund policy varies by offering type.

4.1 Legal Services

Clients may request a full refund of service fees within 7 days of purchase provided no substantive work has been performed. Once Avantris begins work on a matter, fees are non-refundable. Clients may request to reschedule engagements by providing at least 2 business days’ notice. Rescheduled services are subject to availability.

4.2 Information Products

Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if digital products remain unused and no downloads have occurred. Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, the sale is final and non-refundable.

4.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective.

5. Service Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule any service engagement by providing at least 2 business days’ notice. All rescheduling requests are subject to service availability. No additional fees will apply for a one-time reschedule if notice requirements are met.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avantris’s liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or use of our services is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the relevant service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai.
